This 12-week course helps parents understand their own executive function style first, creating powerful insights that transform how you support your neurodivergent family. Whether you're neurodivergent yourself or want to better understand how your teen's mind works, you'll learn the same concepts and strategies your teen is exploring, but through an adult lens. As you discover how to work with your own brain's natural patterns and needs, you'll develop a deeper understanding of your child’s, too. Twice-weekly sessions combine personal growth with practical parenting strategies. You'll learn the science behind executive function challenges, practice evidence-based regulation techniques, and develop systems that make daily life easier - both for you and your family. You’ll learn new things about yourself, why they happen, and how to change what’s not working for you. We use the same vocabulary and concepts as the teen course, creating a common language that strengthens family communication and understanding. This isn't just about supporting your teen - it's about making your own life easier, too.
