About the Course
Your teenager doesn't need fixing. They need to understand how their brain works. This isn't another class about forcing neurodivergent teens into neurotypical boxes - it's about helping them discover their own success patterns and build on what's already working.
We start with a powerful truth: Your teen is already successful at many things, even though a lot can be difficult for them. They just need to become scientists about why.
What This Class Covers
Month 1: Foundation Building Your teen learns about their unique brain, builds genuine community with peers who get it, and discovers how habits actually work for neurodivergent minds. We explore the dopamine system and start creating sustainable changes.
Month 2: Learning & Processing: Deep dive into how your teen's brain processes information, experiences time, and tackles complex tasks. They'll discover their personal learning style and develop strategies that work with their natural patterns.
Month 3: Emotional Regulation & Organization: Understanding overwhelm, building emotional awareness, and creating organization systems that actually stick. No more generic solutions - everything is tailored to how their brain naturally works.
Month 4: The Body-Brain Connection: How physical needs affect executive function, creating supportive environments, and building the connections that help their whole system thrive.
Month 5: Fine-Tuning & Expansion: Recognizing success patterns, optimizing what's working, and applying these skills beyond school to real life. Students become experts on their own brains.
Month 6: Integration & Future Planning: Connecting all their tools, preparing for transitions, and creating sustainable systems for continued growth and independence.

Our Teaching Approach Three Core Values: Compassion, Curiosity, Community
Every session builds on understanding, acceptance, and genuine connection between students who share similar experiences.
Additionally, every Thursday, we game together, building friendships and practicing social skills in a fun, low-pressure environment.
Body-Based Regulation Practices Instead of trying to think their way through emotions, your teen learns to process feelings physically, which works much better for neurodivergent brains.
From heart-centered breathing and progressive muscle relaxation to visualization exercises and meditative drawing, students try a wide variety of techniques to discover what works best for their unique nervous system.
Strengths-Based Learning Instead of focusing on deficits, we identify what's already working and build from there. Students become experts on their own success patterns.
Flexible Participation Understanding that neurodivergent teens communicate differently, we offer multiple ways to engage - speaking, chatting, or quiet participation.
