Edmentum has implemented a new feature to minimize the strain on its servers and database. The end goal is to decrease interface issues.
The courses for students with inactivity of 15+ days will be placed on hold or paused status until they are ready to begin working again. Students will not lose any work or progress during the pause status. Parents can still view their student’s courses under My Students<Completed section.
Students are considered “inactive” if they have not logged on and worked consistently for at least 1 hour within 15 days.
You may open your student’s courses when they are ready to begin working again by logging onto your parent account. Click on Courseware<My Students<Completed<three dots next to the course<Uncomplete.
If you prefer we open the courses for you, please fill out the Inactivity Unpause form. This form may be found on our member pages (FAPrep, FACore, and Member Access) and our FAQ page.
