Important Info & Pricing

Expo date + hours: July 30, 2026, 10:00 AM–4:00 PM ET
Vendor setup session (required): July 29, 2026, 5:00–7:00 PM ET (walkthrough + booth setup)
Vendor expectation: Vendors are live and available during Expo hours in the Expo Hall
What your booth includes: Customizable booth design, logo upload, images/graphics, clickable links to your website/products/checkout, and optional downloads
What to have ready before setup session: Logo (PNG/JPG, 120px x 120px best), brand colors (hex codes if possible), promo images, links, optional freebie
Passport Map details (if participating): Provide a unique booth code + 15% or more attendee discount; included in the Coupon Vault email
Prize tie-in: Passport completion unlocks Coupon Vault + entries for the grand prize (drives booth traffic)
Support: Help available during setup and during the Expo

Packages

Standard Booth — $49
A fully functional virtual booth where families can learn about your products and services, access your materials, and connect with you live during the Expo.

Featured Booth — +$20 (only 4 available booths)
Upgrade for premium placement. Featured booths are larger and positioned near the event entrance to increase visibility and attract more attendees.

Email Blast Promotion — $30 (only 10 blast spots available)
Promote your business directly to our audience with a dedicated email blast. Great for highlighting an expo-only offer and driving families to your booth.

Marketplace Add-On — $50
Keep your booth live year-round in our Virtual Campus marketplace so families can revisit your resources anytime, even after the Expo ends.

Optional: Passport Map Participation (recommended)
Provide a unique booth code and an attendee discount of 15% or more to be included in the Passport Map and Coupon Vault email (designed to increase booth visits).

Early Bird Vendor Special (First 5 Booths Only)
The first 5 vendors to sign up can grab a Standard Booth for 25% off. Once those spots are filled, Standard Booth pricing returns to $49.
