I understand that after enrolling, I won’t be prompted to create a password right away and I must follow the steps below to set up a password.

Here’s how to set one up:

1. Log out of Canvas after enrolling.

2. Go back to the Canvas login page.

3. Click "Forgot Password" and enter your student’s email.

4. Check the student’s email inbox for the password reset link.

5. Follow the instructions to set a password.
