Any requests that affect your billing cycle must be made 72 business hours before your next payment. This includes payment changes and cancelations. If you need to make an immediate change, please come to our virtual campus to speak with a billing representative.
FunCation's policy is not to issue refunds for customer errors. We are happy to offer credits to be used toward a different program or feature. Please fill out all information in the cancelation form if you are requesting a refund.
