About
Welcome to Pokémon World Explorers — a 6-month virtual learning adventure where your child’s love for Pokémon becomes a powerful tool for academic growth. Meeting twice a week for 145 minutes each session, this class is packed with exciting cross-curricular lessons in math, science, social studies, and ELA—all wrapped in the engaging world of Pokémon. Each week, learners will travel through different “regions” inspired by both the Pokémon universe and real-world geography. They’ll explore topics like animal adaptations, ecosystems, maps, weather, legends, storytelling, budgeting, and statistics—all through the lens of their favorite Pokémon characters. Students create their own Pokémon trainers, write journal entries, design fictional regions, calculate catch rates, compare habitats, graph team data, and even learn world cultures through Legendary Pokémon lore. This class is designed for curious, creative learners who thrive when learning is interactive and fun. Your child will not only build academic confidence but also creativity, global awareness, and problem-solving skills. By the end of the course, they’ll complete a capstone project showcasing their own custom Pokémon region—complete with math stats, scientific environments, written lore, and a final trainer reflection. It’s hands-on, minds-on, and 100% Pokémon-powered learning. Come join our Community!
