Price
$75
Duration
5 Months
About the Course
In Minecraft Storycrafters, students become architects of their own worlds while mastering key academic skills along the way. This 6-month class blends the creative power of Minecraft Education Edition with purposeful lessons in ELA, math, science, and social studies to create a learning experience like no other.
Meeting twice a week for 1 hour, students will write and build their own stories, solve science-based design challenges, practice math through structure planning, and explore history by recreating ancient civilizations—all inside the Minecraft universe. Each session includes a mini-lesson, guided build time, and reflection or group sharing. Whether they’re designing a sustainable habitat, mapping out a city-state, calculating perimeter, or drafting a mystery story, every activity reinforces core skills in a hands-on way.
This course is perfect for students who love Minecraft and want to learn through doing. It supports multiple learning styles and is especially powerful for visual and kinesthetic learners who may struggle in traditional settings.
By the end of the course, students will complete and share a final Minecraft video project (using Clipchamp) that tells a story built from the ground up—literally. They’ll strengthen not only academic skills but also communication, planning, and creative confidence.
