Position Highlights
The Virtual Campus Support Specialist (Customer Service) is the friendly, calm point of contact for families during live Virtual Campus hours.
You will welcome students and parents, help them get to the right place quickly, answer questions in real time, and provide basic guidance so families can keep moving forward.

Key Responsibilities

Greet and assist students and parents as they arrive on the Virtual Campus

Help families navigate the campus and move to the correct rooms

Answer common questions clearly and kindly in real time

Provide Virtual Campus tours and basic walkthroughs for families who need orientation
-
Support curriculum access and “next step” questions at a high level (training provided)
-
Escalate issues appropriately when something needs a lead or a different department
-
Occasionally assist with support tickets (not the primary responsibility)

Qualifications (Must-Haves)

Familiarity with homeschooling families and the day-to-day needs of homeschool parents and students
-
Strong communication skills (clear, friendly, and professional)

Comfortable supporting families in a live, real-time environment

Able to ask questions when something is unclear

Be able to work in a fast-paced virtual environment
-
Reliable attendance and punctuality during scheduled hours

A distraction-free work environment
-
Must live in Florida or Texas and be able to work as a W-2 employee
-
Comfortable learning new software and supporting basic troubleshooting
